Daddy! Come Home for Dinner!

Chapter 360: 360: Do They Dare to Leave?

Chapter 360: 360: Do They Dare to Leave?

Seeing the little guy, Adrian remembered something.

He was about to leave, but stopped and looked at Eleanor Ward.

Eleanor was still immersed in the shock that Cindy Clarke’s boyfriend turned out to be Adrian Zhekova.

So, it seemed that Cindy wasn’t as miserable as she thought.

Unexpectedly, Adrian asked her, “Just now, you falsely accused Morgan of lying.”

This wasn’t a question.

Adrian stated it directly.

Apparently, he didn’t want to give them a chance to argue.

This was the difference between Adrian Zhekova and Ian Morris.

What disappointed Cindy the most was not Ian’s lack of responsibility.

But when little Morgan was unfairly accused, he didn’t say a word.

Perhaps Ian had no obligation to speak up for Morgan.

But when his friend was being impolite and bullying others, he not only didn’t stop them, he remained silent.

Even if those involved weren’t her and Morgan.

She was extremely disappointed in Ian’s attitude.

“Who accused you?” Adrian asked Morgan.

Morgan quickly raised his little hand and pointed, “Both of them.”

First, Morgan pointed at Eleanor Ward: “Cindy didn’t push her at all. She pretended to be pushed and retreated. But she accused Cindy of pushing her. When I said that Cindy didn’t push her, she said that I was lying!”

Then, Morgan pointed to Rowena Campbell: “And her, helping her to falsely accuse us together!”

Being so blatantly exposed by a little child like Morgan.

Eleanor and Rowena’s faces turned red, feeling accused by so many people and glares, their faces flushed.

“Turns out it’s like this, such grownups bullying a child, really shameless.”

“Not only a top student but also a doctor, don’t you feel ashamed?”

“How could they do such a thing?”

“Falsely accusing a child could leave a deep psychological shadow on them. As a doctor, don’t you even know that?”

“Don’t think that because children are small, they will forget. This kind of thing could be remembered for life.”

“This is all harm to the child.”

“Apologize,” Adrian said coldly, “Apologize to Cindy and apologize to Morgan.”

“Otherwise, today’s issue won’t be about you not letting Cindy and Morgan go, but me not letting you go,” Adrian said coldly.

Counting Adrian, there were only three people in total.

And among the three people, there was a 4-year-old kid who barely counted as a combat force.

However, Eleanor’s side had more people.

But did they dare to leave?

No, they didn’t!

Because even if they left now, could they run away?

If they weren’t afraid of Adrian settling the score later, then leave now.

Now, if they stayed and apologized as Adrian said, maybe the matter would pass.

Adrian would not settle the score afterward.

Therefore, no one dared to leave.

Rowena looked at Eleanor, obviously waiting for her decision.

After all, the incident was caused by Eleanor.

It must be Eleanor who had the final say.

Even if Rowena had the intention to apologize, what if Eleanor still remained rigid?

If Rowena apologized first, and Eleanor didn’t want to, she might get angry at Rowena instead.

Rowena regretted her previous actions as well.

Why was she so eager to help Eleanor earlier?

Didn’t she see Ian Morris and Gerald Young not speaking?

She rushed forward, and now she ended up being unlucky together with Eleanor.
