Chapter 491  Face Off

Chapter 491  Face Off

\'Do you see how many of these bastards are gathered here? If push came to shove and half of these idiots killed themselves, we would like to have a few minutes before enough energy is siphoned to create the passage,\' An icy remark came from Ulstnir, the Wolf Monarch.

\'Ulstnir is right. The demons are no fools to make a bold attempt and not be prepared to deal with us,\'

\'So while we deal with the foolish idiots, you go and take care of the conduit crystals,\' Harvion, The Beastmen, calmly shared as he dealt with the elemental bombs.

\'What is taking Chandra so long to arrive?\' Ulstnir questioned as he waved his hand to freeze the six towering titans and the surrounding destroyed areas.

\'She is dealing with a Monarch in the South area, but don\'t worry, I will handle two of them,\' Harvion replied.

\'I don\'t mind taking on two of these fools because it has been a decade since I had someone other than Baldie as my sparing partner,\' Ulstnir said with a chuckle, as if taking on two Monarchs was something fun.

"Well, Well, Well,"

"The Champions, of the Domain, have arrived, but, don\'t you, think you should have brought more people," A deep voice that was breaking at every other word as deep breaths were, sounded amidst the chaos as an obese figure appeared in the sky.

The figure was immensely obese, with giant eyes and a wide-stretching mouth that showed no visible teeth, while his skin was dirty yellow in color, loose and sagging, making his appearance anything but pleasing to the eyes.

In the next moment, two more individuals appeared, one handsome snow-white elf female and the other a giant with massive dark horns crowing his head, yet barely any muscles over his bony figure.

"I was expecting Monarchs, not you three clowns. What are you, The Monarch of Filth, Malnutrient, and Big Assets?" Ulstnir said before he began to chuckle while looking at the giant, like asking him to join.

"Funny young pup, very funny," The obese figure wheezed between deep breaths, his laughter echoing with a blend of amusement and a raspy tone.

"Luxeas, what you become," Harvion said, looking at the obese individual, his old voice devoid of emotion, yet it was clear the two had history.

"I don\'t know, how this encounter will end, but you will live, I will make sure, so when you, you return, you can tell the Beast Empire, that I am alive," The creature named Luxeas said, his face twisting into a grotesque smile.

"Mirror World" Simple words sounded before the space began to twist, creating twisting angles that reflected like mirrors, distorting and reversing the surroundings.

Ulstnir and the two opposing monarchs moved away, but in the small window that was longer than someone blinking, which the space took to bridge the distance between the Harvion and Luxeas, a small razor-thin needle zoomed toward the city below.

Ulstnir was quick to react by freezing the dark needle, but as if the needle was not physical, it fazed through the ice and persisted toward the ground without slowing down.

There was a clear surprise in Ulstnir\'s eyes because the ice was just the aftereffect of his law authority, and perceiving the needle phase through his grip was something even Tauricus did not expect, let alone he himself.

The needle entered the ground, and instantly, like a plague, a wave of dark began to spread through the solid marble tiles, with them melting into a gooey bubbling dark tar, converting hundreds of meters with every passing instant.

Ulstnir attained quickly, his figure turning a white blur and landing on the ground before a white flash began to spread through the surroundings and a moment later, a tenth of the city area was frozen solid, which had now turned into lifeless dark tar.

In the heart of the ice expanse, Ulstnir stood in his werewolf form, a proud creature with a mythical appearance, yet his face carried a look of extreme anger, his snout stretched back, with his jaw clenched, making his fangs grind with each other.

The entire exchange from Luxeas ending his sentence till now had taken less than a second, yet the city suffered more damage in this single moment than it had since the battle began.

"I heard the inhabitants of the Domain are dying, and your weakness does not disappoint," The horned individual stated in his hoarse voice.

Ulstnir gave him a cold stare before he vanished, only to appear next to the due before white mist engulfed them that dissipated an instant later, leaving nothing behind, not even the sphere of elemental energies unique to Elemental Domains.

-----------------

Alex, who was observing the clash unfold, was confused perceiving no Elemental Domain Spheres, but while he wanted to satisfy his curiosity, that was the last thing on his mind at the moment.

Alex watched with held breath as the massive magic circle in the sky fully formed before it began to pulse with energy, and instantly, the citizens below who were expiring the most terrifying day of their lives began to vanish.

In less than ten seconds, the entire city was a ghost town, as not a single individual above Fifth Rank was left behind, and while many Sixth Rank who did not have any powers were left behind, it was done so to avoid sending in wolves among the sheep because the entire point of relocation millions was to save their lives.

Alex signed in relief, knowing one issue was dealt with, and now just the conduit crystals needed to be destroyed to handle with the biggest issue.

Alex watched in silence as the battle between the Elemental Rulers began to break out, covering the sky in spheres of Elemental battles while many battles began to break out among the other members.

After having cleaned the city, Tauricus, the Giant Monarch, descended toward the core area, and instantly, the earth began to shift, creating a yawning gap, parting the entire core area in almost two halves, with the left side of rubble even drowning most of the proudly standing royal palace.

The deep chasm revealed a dome, a barrier protecting a platform, with four creatures bound in chains atop it, with them being a white Chinese dragon, a golden monkey, a blue bird, and a three-headed red dog.

The four Chaos Generals were bound in chains, their faces contorted in extreme pain, while dark gems were embedded in their chests, pulsating with ominous energy that was visible underneath their color flesh as purple tendrils that coursed through their bodies.

Tauricus placed his hand on the barrier, and immediately, crimson energy began to emanate from his touch, streading acroos the barrier at an extreem steed, erasing everything that was in the surrounding ten meters, including the space it self.

After mere moments, all that was left was a massive sphere of calm crimson energy standing amid the erased void of darkness and the destroyed city.
