{Devouring Complete!}

But today, today was different; today was special. For he managed to devour a realm whose phenomenon was Time!

Oh, how glorious this was. Oh, how amazing this was.

In fact, this was Draco\'s goal all along; he had been planning on devouring such a realm since the very second he started.

First of all, Portalia, which had hundreds of years pass for it—enough years for Palkus to achieve his goal and remain stationary—had passed.

In our hearts, it is true that his journey had just started, but this was just the reality of two worlds where time passed differently.

Draco was the Celestial of Chaos, and his authority, Chaos itself, allowed him to use whatever power he had, merge it together, and form something hideous, something that shouldn\'t exist.

Now, he had the high celestial-level authority of Time, the realmly phenomenon of Time, and Chaos.

By merging all three, the previous time difference that was nothing but a day to three years had become a day to fifteen years.

The sheer difference was so ridiculous that it surpassed a True celestial of Time\'s day-to-ten-year difference.

Indeed, Draco had by far surpassed something two realms above him with sheer concepts.

And this is all before Chaos became a high celestial-level concept itself.

When that happens, the fifteen years will become ninety years, almost reaching the level of not just a Greater Celestial, but a Supreme one.

Ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!

For any other celestial than Draco, for any other being, such a truth, such a fact, would never enter their heads. This was too anomalous! Such a hideous authority. Such a monster of a being should in no way exist!

Yet he did, so nonchalantly and without the permission of anyone, for he has all rights to do so. And if someone wanted to cry, let them be, for their existence means nothing to him.

All he cares about is conquest, and he had no time to waste on such meaningless things as even now, after accomplishing what he needed to, he was in the process of forming what he planned to.

{Sinful Refuge} was the name. And its capabilities? Ridiculous to state.

Formed from a connection of multiple authorities, concepts, and phenomena, its purpose was to make sure the many subordinates he had beneath him—even the new ones he managed to summon throughout the few months he had been on a mission to devour realms—would be even more useful.

It provided them protection, instantaneous movement wherever they were in the galaxy, stealth powers, and much, much more.

This was to make sure that Draco reached the next level, the high celestial tier, faster.

By connecting his {Sinful Refuge} to his subordinates, they could travel to a world, however many months or years that took, since currently, they had to fly there. Then, when they reached that world, they would kill the Celestials, destroy the tower, kill all lives, and finally, instead of devouring the world, they would transport it back.

Yes, transport an entire world back in one single teleportation all the way to Hestia.

Draco was in the process of forming this ridiculous of a spell.

It required much more complex thinking power, calculations, and combinations, but with the help of a nigh-omniscient system, such a task was done in no time, and the second Draco managed to gain the phenomenon of Time.

Now, Draco\'s subordinates were far more powerful than any other Celestial in their realm, to the point that the previous struggle they could accomplish in the case where they met with a Celestial one rank above their own was now nothing but a battle of peers.

Indeed, Draco\'s subordinates could now take on a high Celestial and come out victorious more often than not with the power-ups he provided them.

And if the subordinates were this strong, then how about Draco himself?

The words needed to explain this were better wasted on a battle against opponents another day.

For now, let us continue explaining the benefits of {Sinful Refuge}.

Yes, it didn\'t end there.

It was previously mentioned that they had the ability to instantaneously teleport wherever they were in the Plektorian galaxy.

Well, to say it in as few words as possible, they were connected to Hestia and could hit the \'Home\' button to teleport back anytime, whether they had an entire planet with them or were alone.

Aside from that, they shared a connection with Draco himself where they could borrow a portion of power in the rare case where they met up with celestials far above their ranks.

They could also hide themselves in such a protective veil that even the piercing gazes of a True celestial would be nothing but a joke even if they were to circle around him.

Oh, and let\'s not forget how Draco could now gift them a total of three different abilities instead of the previous one.

Draco always gave his subordinates, even Palkus and Antita, the XP multiplier\'s unique skill. Well, now, they had the {Rise} spell and {Chaos Teleportation} for travel.

Yeah, he was not going to give them skills that would put him in danger, but he would be generous enough to gift them with something that would benefit them both.

How kind of him.

All in all, such a skill was there to guarantee a seamless collection of many worlds.

His subordinates could teleport all the way to a world, destroy it with his own proficiency where it shouldn\'t take more than a few minutes, then teleport it back in a split second all the way to Hestia.

This was all possible with the addition of a few spells that will add more subordinates every time a world is destroyed with the {Rise} skill that would also contribute to this grand mission, and other benefits previously spoken of.
